02. What is included in the training course packages?
Our training includes activities, resources, case studies, and post-course work to serve as a dynamic tool for reflection and application.
03. How do I register for Corporate Leadership Training?
Our registration process is simple and easy , once you decide what training course that you are going to register for.
To register, visit our training courses at: https://parkerhrsolutions.ca/learning-and-development/ and select the training course that you would like to enroll in and fill up the form on the course page.
15 min after registering for the training program, our HR consultant will get back to you to help you with the rest of the registration and enrollment process.
04. Is there a registration deadline?
There’s no deadline for course registration at this moment.
05. I have already enrolled in a training session, but I would like to change my session date or cancel.
Yes, to make this request, all you have to do is, please contact our administration department as early as possible. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include your full name, registration ID as well as the session(s) information.
Please note that registrations that are canceled less than five (5) business days before the start of the course will be charged.
06. Can I attend your training program online?
Yes, we can help you arrange our sessions via ZOOM.
07. How do I access your online course?
Following your registration, you will receive an email with a Zoom link allowing you to join the course. You will also receive a reminder the day before your training.
08. What are some of the challenges when taking online courses?
One of the keys to being a successful online learner is self-discipline. Because you are not required to be online at a specific time, you must be motivated to get the work done on your own. If you have a family and/or a full-time job while you are taking an online course, it is important that you establish a schedule of when and how you will get your work done.
If you don’t understand the post-course assignment, it is important to ask questions for clarification, so you don’t fall behind. Instructors make themselves available to learners via e-mail and via zoom discussion at the completion of the course.
09. What will you gain from the course?
By the end of the course, you will be able to learn effective performance delivery feedback, acquire the fundamentals of ‘3-D’ dimensional change, and develop sapient leadership, especially in times of uncertainty and anxiety.
10. Will I get a certificate after completing the course?
Yes. Learners attain a certificate of the application once they can prove the application of the lesson learned at the end of the course.
11. What is the cost of the training course?

12. What technology do I need to be successful?
Learners are expected to be confident with their skills regarding standard computer applications for completion of their course and post-course assignments. You should plan to review our posted technical requirements for a list of the minimum standards of technical equipment required of learners.

14. What are the main features of your in-person courses? Are they recorded?
In-person training sessions will not be recorded, but we will provide training materials for all the learners.
15. What are your COVID-19 protocols?
To protect our attendees and trainers ,currently we will require proof of vaccination before entering the classroom. We are actively monitoring the development of the COVID -19 Pandemic. Changes may be required to protocol and requirements of in-person training sessions at any time.
