- To begin your HR audit, it is a great idea to have your company mission, vision, and values in mind to align the audit to your company goals.
- We spend an initial 4 - 5 Hours with clients (depending on the company size) to cover audit questions, additional interviews (or focus groups) are conducted to gain a deeper understanding of what your workforce is thinking before we deliver our findings in a presentation format to the key stakeholders.
