With over 10+ years of experience in various roles specializing in account management, customer service, and data administration, I am in a position to help clients achieve goals and targets which involves performing market research and understanding trends in order to make strategic decisions; managing different kinds of reports; and administering service agreements and other legal documents.
I build and maintain exceptional relationships with different clients and customers. I bring strong organization skills which has enabled me to be recognized for providing first-class service, operating with high standards, and being organized, professional and responsive.

I started at PARKER HR Solutions last December 2021. As a Human Resources Coordinator, I play a key role in growing the firm’s talent pipeline, improving our sourcing tactics, and coordinating end-to-end other strategic HR initiatives. I work in partnership with employees and managers to provide strategic, simple, and efficient solutions that drive operational excellence and business results.
